Discrimination Support & Resources
Discrimination occurs when an individual is treated differently than others on the basis of a protected class or characteristic.
The offices within the Institutional Equity & Access division are responsible for ensuring compliance with the non-discrimination policies of Stanford University. Our offices can assist with clarifying issues and identifying the appropriate resources and procedures to help students, staff, faculty, and members of the community resolve any concerns regarding unfair treatment.
